Girls at Play - paddle Mexico .... Hi Norm,  We are well and enjoying the choice river runs that have been available this winter.
Despite the cold and snow we manage to get out a bit!! However, I was able to skip
away to the warmth of Mexico for a week to paddle with 10 women recently. I went
through the Girls at Play Paddle Mexico team, hosted by Anna Levesque. I had such a fantastic time. I have written, what seems like a novel, an update from my trip that we wanted to share with you.....   Greyson Briere Wakawai ( Bliss-stick)  USA

Jordan Searle 2 day Whitcombe update.....Steep, Scenic and an outright Stellar trip. The Upper Whitcombe has been infamous in my mind since reading its description in Graham Charles White-Water Guide to New Zealand during my early paddling days. Remote, gradient up to 100m per km and the power of a river apposed to a creek were and still are things that played on my mind. Click here for the full story and Pics ...

Ben Jackson updates on the epic White Nile ... Gidday Guys, finally got to blogging my recent trip in Uganda on the White Nile. Got in some sweet paddling and managed to do it with a ton of kiwi's which was great. I linked in with a few of the other Bliss-Stick boys... Josh Neilson and Mike Dawson for some sweet stuff and a bit of ruckus.

The Smoothy was fantastic on the Nile. Fast (almost too fast for me some times), really responsive and great to paddle in the big water. I was much easier to handle than I thought a play boat would be in such big water. Big Up's to the team for that boat.

Anyways, full write up pics and more at jacksonoutdoors

2nd Descent of East Waikaia .... Gidday Charles, just got off the 2nd Descent of the East Waikaia, after hearing Keiths stories Jordy, Justin and I were eager to get in there to get a taste of what the sweet East Waikaia had to offer. The weather was right, the flow was right and we managed to get it done in two relatively short but challenging days and at the end we all had to agree and rate this as one of NZ's premier whitewater kayaking runs .... check out our full trip report and pics here .. and thanks to Justin Venable for the Pics ... cheers Barney Young
